Mushrooms Boursin

1 pint medium sized mushrooms
5 ounce package boursin cheese
1/2 cup cooked spinach, chopped
1/2 cup parsley

Remove stems and clean mushrooms. Mix Boursin cheese and spinach. Stuff each cap with cheese mixture and coat cheese with parsley. Arrange on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes. Serve hot. 6 portions. Preheat 450
