Savory mozzarella cups

Makes 15 appetizers

1 pkg Athenos Filo shells (frozen foods)
3 tbsp basil pesto
2.5 oz 8 balls mozzarella halved
2 oz roasted tomatoes thinly sliced ( about 1/3 cup)

Preheat oven to 400

Place fillo shells on baking sheet
Place 1/2 tsp pesto in each fill shell
Top with slices of roasted tomatoe and cheese piece
Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese melts

Can be prepared ahead. Cover and refridgerate or freeze until ready to bake
