Steamed Artichoke with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

2 medium sized artichokes

10 cups of water

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup honey mustard

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

2 teasp0ons garlic powder

Directions:

Boil or steam artichoke until the outside leaves easily peel off, about 10 minutes. Combine other ingredients in a small bowl. Serve chilled.
