Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake Muffins


2 TBSP butter

3/4 Cup Sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup orange juice

2 cups sifted flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

2 cups blueberries

Crumb Topping

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/3 flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Blend well.

Cream butter, add sugar and beat until ight.  Add and beat egg.  Add sifted dry ingredients alternatly with orange juice.  Fold in blueberries.  Pour into either muffin liners or baking pan.  Sprinkle with Crumb streusel topping.  Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes.  Dust with powdered sugar.  Makes 12 muffins.
