Chocolate Chip Cheese Cake with Oreo Crust

24 oreo cookies in blender. 

1/2 stick of butter

Combine above ingredients and take fork and press into 9 ” springform pan sprayed with oil or PAM

6 oz of semi-sweet chocolate

3 pkg of 8 oz cream cheese softened

3/4 cup sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup sour cream

1/2 bag mini chocolate chips

Melt chocolate and stir as you go.  Beat cream cheese with sugar and add eggs and vanilla.  Stir in  melted chocolate and sour cream.  Blend well. Pour into crust.  Bake at 275 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.  When done, turn off oven and let cake cool in oven.  Refrigerate.  Best if made at least 1 day before you want to eat it
