Heathbar Biscotti
2 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup toffee bits w/milk chocolate
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. b. powder
1 tblsp. veg oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, sugar, toffee bits, brown sugar , b. powder into bowl. Combine oil vanilla and eggs add to dry mixture. Dough will be very dry and crumbly
Knead dough 7-8 times – roll into ball and wrap and put into refrig to get cold/hard
Divide dough in 1/2 . Shape each portion into long roll (like a snake)
Place rolls on a coated baking sheet and each into 1″ thickness.

Bake at 350 for 35 min . cool for 30 min or longer. Cut diagonal slices and place cut side down on cookie sheet. Reduce oven to 325 and bake 10 more min. turn them over and bake an
additional 10 min.
Remove from cookie sheet and cool on rack
