Sugar and Spice Nuts

1 Egg White

1 Tbsp water

1 Pound pecan or walnut halves

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Heat oven to 225 degrees.  Whisk egg whit with water until frothy.  Dip nuts into mixture, then rol in mixture of salt and cinnamon.  Spread on cookie sheet.  Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.  Let cool.  Makes about 2 cups.
