Great Flounder Filets

Ingredients:

1 pound thin flounder filets

1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt

1 large onion, slice thin

1/4 cup white wine

seasoned salt (to taste)

paprika (to taste)

Directions:

Layer fillets in a baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with seasoned salt. Put onions on top. Mix sour cream and wine together. Pour over the fish and onions. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. You can also add paprika if desired.
