Switchville Flounder

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup sauterne wine

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 stick margarine

1 tablespoon sugar

juice of 1/2 lemon

1 1/2 flounder fillets

Directions:

In a saucepan combine the first 3 ingredients. Preheat oven to 350. Place flounder fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour remaining ingredients over the flounder. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Put under broiler for 8 minutes. Pour sauce over broiled flounder and serve.
