Nancy F Chili

Sauté:
1/2 c olive oil
2 lbs sweet sausage
8 lbs ground beef
1/4 lbs onions

Strain and pat with paper towels

12 oz canned tomatoe paste
3 tsp minced garlic
3 oz cumin
4 p chili pepper
1/4 Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp dried basil
4 tbsp oregano
5 cans plum tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup burgundy red wine
1/4 cup lemon juice

Stir, simmer

Add fresh chopped dill
Fresh chopped parsley

Add grated cheese, sour cream, onions olive and beans
