Debbie S Veggie Lasagna

1 box of lasagna noodles

2 pounds of creamed ricotta cheese

1 10 oz package of chopped spinach or broccoli

2 eggs beaten

3 tbsp of chopped chives

3 tbsp of parsley

pinch salt and pepper

1 pound shredded mozzerella cheese

1 32 oz jar of tomatoe sauce

parmasean cheese

Cook lasagna noodles and drain 

Thaw and drain spinach

Mix ricotta, eggs, spinach, parsley, salt, pepper and chive


1.  Sauce-delete second round

2.  Noodles

3.  1/2 of cheese mixture

4.  8 oz shredded mozzerella

5.  Sauce

6.  Parmasean cheese at end

Repeat x 1

Bake 350 in oven for 40 minutes uncovered
