Michele’s Bok Choy Salad

Salad

1 head of bok choy

4 scallions

Dressing

3/4 cup of veg oil

1/4 cup of sugar

2 tbsp soy sauce

Mix together oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce

1/2 cup butter

1/4-1/2 cup sesame seeds

two 3 oz pkgs of ramen noodles

2 tbsp of sugar

3 oz sliced almonds

Melt butter and add remaining ingredients in pan until browned. Crumble noodle mixture and sprinkle into salad
