Grandmom Buzzi’s chicken broth

Empire chicken 3-4 or 4 legs
4 quarts water
2 carrots
2-3 celery stalks
Parsnip
Soup greens with root parsley
Onion cut so soup gets to it
3 cubes chicken bouillon soup

Put water a couple a couple inches above. Chicken
Simmer until chicken is done. 1 hour
Put veg in 1/2 hour after you start cooking chicken
Take out vegs and chop up and put back in. Take 1/2 pig ABC or egg pasting uncooked

Less water the tastier the soup
