Mom Mom Irene’s Stuffing

Large Challah

2-3 tbsp of chicken fat (let liquify)

2-3 eggs beated

3 cups boiling water

6 potatoes, hand grated

salt and pepper

garlic powder- 1-2 tsp

Soak Challah in strainer and drain well.  Put ingredients in mixing bowl except fat and challah.  Add salt and pepper and garlic powder.  Add last ingredients.  Put in 350 oven for 1-1.5 hours.
