Cauliflower Leonardo

1 head cauliflower

1/2 lb mushrooms diced into 1/2 pieces

1/2 cup shredded cheese

In microwave dish, covered or loosely covered with wax paper or plastic wrap.  Saute mushrooms with a little lemon juice, 4 tbsp of water, margarine or butter, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder for 1 1/2-2 minutes (until tender and sauce is formed)  Steam cauliflower for about 1/2 hour until tender. Put steamed cauliflower in greased casserole with mushrooms and sauce, 1/2 the cheddar cheese and a little butter or margarine.  Season with salt an pepper and a little nutmeg.  Top until covered with bread crumbs.  Sprinkle with balance of cheese and a little more bread crumbs.  Dot with butter or margarine and sprinkle with paprika.  Bake in 350 oven for about 20 minutes until top is browned and cheese is melted.
